What’s your booking policy?

Do i get tickets through the post?

No we do not send out any tickets, you will received a PayPal receipt upon making the booking, this is your proof of payment. We will then email you out meet info closer to the date of the booking - we never send out hard copy tickets, but for the boat cruises we send out eVouchers which you can print out and give to friends if you like!

What happens if i cannot make the trail/cruise?

We understand that sometimes plans change, or boring things get in the way of us having fun!! We offer full refunds on any booking until 30 prior to the booking.
Between 30 days and 1 day before your booking we will not refund your ticket, BUT you will be able to move your booking to any other date/event you can make.

On the day of your booking no refund or option to move will be available. We will help you however we can in any effort to sell the ticket for any event you cannot make, but we accept no liability for any sales we facilitate. The final decision is yours and the Liquorists will not be involved in any further transaction in this eventuality.
